Jason & Mariah Rohr

North Point · Meet the Staff · Jason & Mariah Rohr
Prayer MinistryJason Rohr grew up in Mesa, AZ with two brothers. He moved to Flagstaff to go to NAU graduating in Criminal Justice in 1999. Having grown up within the church he first yielded his life to Jesus as a junior at NAU. A few months after leaving NAU, Jason found himself in Calcutta, India working with street kids in an effort that eventually became the Hope Home. This was a powerful and transforming time as he encountered God’s prerogative in his life. Jason and his wife, Mariah, share a life of missions and discipleship with a passion for the local church. Jason’s work mostly involves real estate projects. He likes to grow things in his greenhouse, watch his marine fish, and take walks with Mariah. Future aspirations involve missions in Africa or Asia. Jason did the “Running of the Bulls” in Spain!

Mariah Rohr was born in CA but moved to Flagstaff when she was three. She moved back and forth between Flagstaff and Phoenix most of her growing up years. She came up to NAU as a transfer student and finished in 2000 with a Bachelors in Parks and Recreation Management. Mariah and Jason have been married many “blissful years” and both have a heart and passion for seeing the Gospel spread through the nations. They enjoy infusing others with the same passion for the nations by leading short-term mission trips. The most incredible experience of her life so far, was seeing a Nepali baptism in Katmandu where 40 new believers (along with two of their own team mates!) put on their Lord in Baptism. It was an experience one step from heaven!! Oh the joy of God’s redeemed!
